Terms and Conditions
Puhas Eesti Loodus OÜ, register number 112554672, address Käli tee 1-2, 74609, Kuusalu, Harjumaa
(from here on called the seller) and the customer who registers an order on the www.sosar.eu online shop and identifies him/herself by entering his/her personal data on the order form (from here on called the customer), will agree on the following terms:
1.1. www.sosar.eu online store (from here on called the store) is a store established by the seller and through which the seller sells and the customer buys the products offered by the seller.
1.2. Both sides will be following the Law of Obligations Act and other laws of the Republic of Estonia
1.3. The seller has the right to change the content of the store, its products and the following conditions at any given time.
2.Making a Purchase
2.1. All of the seller’s products that are listed in the store are readily available at the seller’s warehouse.
2.2.In the event that the product is not available, the seller will contact the customer and will offer an alternative shipping time, a replacement product with equal value and quality or refund the product. Refund will be transferred to the customer’s account as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the purchase.
2.3.In order to make a purchase, the customer chooses a product/products from the store and adds it to the cart. Customer can then change the quantity and add and remove products from the cart. To finalise the order the customer must click on “Order” and will then be directed to the order form page.
2.4. The customer is obligated to fill in the order form correctly. The seller will not take responsibility for orders being incorrectly filled or any other consequences that might occur due to incorrect data being entered on the order form.
2.5. When the order form is filled in with the data required, the customer will be directed to the payment page. Once the payment is made, the customer must press “Complete Purchase” to activate the order, otherwise the order will not be processed!
2.6. Once the order is finalised, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address provided on the order form.
2.7. The order will be fulfilled once the seller has received the order and the payment. The products will be shipped out to the customer within 5 working days from the date the payment is received.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 You have the right to return your order within 14 days from making the purchase. Please let us know that you would like to return the product on firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 30 days from the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 7 days from receiving a cancellation notice.
If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been dispatched (orders are normally dispatched within one working day).
3.2 Damaged goods
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
4.1. By filling in the order form, the customer gives his/ her consent to process their personal data.
4.2. The data will be added to the sellers database and can later be used in order to introduce the seller’s products to the customer
4.3. The data that is necessary to make the delivery of products to the customer will be forwarded to the shipping company.
4.4. The customer has the right to view and change his/her personal data as well as to remove it from the database.
